E-ticket purchase terms and conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are applicable to the remote purchase of online tickets (i.e. e-tickets) for Madurodam. Madurodam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions unilaterally at any time. The most up to date version of these terms and conditions can be found on our website.
  2. The purchase of an e-ticket is completed as soon as payment by the purchaser has been received. Madurodam’s e-tickets are issued by our partner Global Ticket B.V. (hereafter collectively referred to as: ‘we’), which ensures that the purchaser receives a printable ticket with a unique barcode by e-mail. The delivery time when paying by iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact or Giropay is normally just a few minutes, and, in any case, no more than one day. If you do not receive your tickets within this period, please get in touch with our customer services. Processing credit card payments is the responsibility of the credit card company.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving any reason. Should your order be refused, we will inform you by e-mail.

  4. The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct details to enable payment via the internet. We cannot be held responsible for not sending an e-ticket if the e-mail or other details are incorrect or incomplete.

  5. The purchase of an e-ticket is excluded from the right of revocation (cancellation). Each ticket has a validity date. Right of admission expires after this date. A ticket cannot be exchanged for money and the validity cannot be extended or amended. Tickets are valid for one admission only.

  6. All tickets, both hard and digital copies, will be scanned at the entrance to Madurodam. To ensure that any printed ticket can be scanned, please ensure that it is clearly legible and that it is not damaged. Damaged or illegible tickets may be refused.  The validity of the ticket is determined by scanning.

  7. Our Park Rules are applicable to each and every visit to Madurodam ( https://www.madurodam.nl/nl/parkregels). These rules are such that visitors may be refused admission. Interpretation and execution of these Park Rules are exclusively reserved for the employees of Madurodam.

  8. The purchaser’s personal data is processed for the purposes of enabling the purchase of e-tickets. For further information, please see Madurodam’s privacy statement (https://www.madurodam.nl/nl/privacy-en-cookies).

These terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law.
